RRP

this means recommended retail price
whilst we do not endorse any rrp (as it is provided to us by our suppliers and not created by us) it is a guideline of what a recommended retail price might be for a product and does not reflect the price we are selling it for nor does it indicate we have ever sold the item for that price. It is not a valuation of the item. it may be based on an overseas RRP and converted to AUD (australian dollars) or a domestic RRP and maybe adjusted from time to time for increases such as CPI (consumer price index), inflation. it does not include and is not limited to;
markdowns, stock over runs, dealer discount, end of stock models, bulk purchases, price adjustments from the manufacturer, currency adjustments etc etc
therefore it can and does fluctuate at anytime for any of the reasons outlined above and does not indicate it has been adjusted. The RRP may or may not be higher than a price you could find in a retail store


SRP

this means suggested retail price

PURCHASES


By purchasing an item from us (where full payment is made) you are agreeing the item is purchased from within the confines of South Australia and any disputes and or challenges arising from any transaction are to be handled/settled/disputed within the jurisdiction of South Australia and no other state (within Australia)or country
You agree NOT to hold this company, and the third party "Sunshine Smiles" and any (but not limited to)subsideries, directors, presidents, shareholders employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors liable for any damages/costs of any kind or character, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of this  Website or any  Website with which it is linked.


CHARGEBACKS
Where payment is made by credit card or paypal for any item purchased from us insurance will be compulsary at the rate of $2.70 per item up to $100, then $1.10 for each $100 in value after that. this covers you to ensure you will receive the item or in the even aust post dont deliver your money back. You also agree NOT to hold this company, this auction site and the third party "Sunshine Smiles" and any (but not limited to)subsideries, directors, presidents, shareholders employees, agents, suppliers, or contractors liable for any damages/costs of any kind or character, including without limitation any compensatory, incidental, direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of use, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property, claims of third parties or other losses of any kind or character, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website or any Website with which it is linked.


WARRANTY
All items are sold as. factory warranties are included when stated. you must take into account the pictures  may only be a representation of the item listed and may not be the actual item (as we at times have multiples and the gemstone count may vary). Also as different computer screens output images vary, including but not limited to colour, brightness, clarity, shade, size, tone the item may appear different on your screen to the item received. We are not affiliated in any way nor should it be assumed we are representitives of any watch company. We are not gemologists nor jewelers and never make any claim to that effect.


UPDATES
We reserve the right to update this page without notice and superseeds any other version regardless of time or time/date of purchase.
